Our Story
AHA Solutions Group was founded on a simple observation: small businesses are told to "work smarter," but almost no one shows them how - at their scale, with their resources, in their reality. We exist to close that gap.
We combine seasoned operations expertise with a practical, grounded approach to AI - helping small business owners build companies that run well today and are ready for what's next.
The name isn't an accident. The best moments in our work are the aha moments - when an owner sees exactly where the friction is, why it's there, and how straightforward the fix can be.
Meet Amy Hitchner-Allison
Amy Hitchner-Allison's approach to business was forged in eight years of active duty in the U.S. Army, where she learned what disciplined operations, clear processes, and accountable teams actually look like under pressure. She carried that foundation into more than fifteen years on the people side of business leading and building recruiting and talent operations for growing companies where she learned something most consultants discover too late: every operational problem is ultimately a people problem, and every fix has to work for the humans running it.
That perspective is what led her to found AHA Solutions Group. As AI began reshaping how businesses operate, Amy found herself in conversation after conversation with small business owners who wanted to use it well- effectively, ethically, and without the hype. She saw the gap clearly: plenty of noise about AI, almost no practical guidance built for small-business scale. AHA exists to fill it.
Today Amy helps owners strengthen their operations, streamline their processes, and adopt AI with confidence with honest advice, clear guardrails, and solutions sized for the business they actually run. Outside of work, Amy is a wife and mother of three, active in ministry and sharing the gospel in her community.
